Going out or doing the exercises under the bright sun, sun protection is needed. No matter we are inside or outside, our skin is exposed under the UV rays. If we get too much, our skin will be spotted with lentigo and get inflamed. Usually we will notice “SPF” & “PA” when we buy the anti-UV products. What do those mean? “SPF” is for the “SUN PROTECTION FACTOR” and the “PA” means for “PROTECTION GRADE OF UA”. The rate of these higher, the resistance of UV rays higher. Give you some tips:
1. Not too much sun screen
We might think covering more sun screen, we can get rid of the UV-ray more. This is false. If we cover too much sun screen products, our pores will be blocked by the oily products and get more pimples easily~ but if you are having the outdoor activities, such as, water activities, mountain activities and so on…after you sweat, you need to cover the sunscreen immediately. So, I would suggest you buying the waterproof anti-UV products.
2. The timing for covering the sunscreen cream
Some experts pointed out covering the sunscreen cream after 2 hours. Also, we need to be more careful to prepare the bright sun at 10 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon since it is the strongest UV rays period. Expect for covering the skin-care products, we can still bring along with the anti-UV products, for example, the umbrella, cap, hat or even sunglasses……
3. Sun protection food
To eat the rich vitamin C fruits can prevent the melanin and radiation would be helpful to do the sun protection, for instance, the cherry, matured tomatoes or peaches and so on…. These fruits can help us build a sunscreen, whiten the skin and anti-wrinkle. Try to eat them to see if it works.
