Wow!  Don't bear with this hot wet weather!  Really want to drink the cold drinks for cooling  but cannot drink too much juices since they contain quite a lot of sugar and rise the blood sugar. Actually, the best way is to eat fruits instead of juices, but no more than 200 grams every day.  Another advantage for eating them are teeth exercising.

 

Main points for eating fruits:

 

  1. Intensive to mango, aching

  2. Nephroma to star fruits, poisoning

  3. Gastric acid to grapes, dying

  4. Pimples to melon, laughing

  5. Egestion to berries, relaxing

 

1.  Intensive to mango, aching

 

If you are intensive to mangoes or pineapples, you are rather not to eat them since you might feel aching, including the head or stomach.
