Also, late sleep children will disturb the function of the liver and increase its temperature, causing to aphtha or cheilitis. According to the researches from the British University of London, the responses and cognitive abilities could be affected if they are late to sleep.
**Suggestion: even though the homework is not yet done well, don't go to sleep too late!
