Who doesn’t like eating spicy food?  Are you unhappy with not eating the spicy food?  Heard by the harms of eating too much chili food.  Any methods for eat it healthier?

 

1.   To eat with the lower temperature drinks

It would be unwise if we wake up and eat spicy food because it is unacceptable for our stomach to adapt the hot food.  Once the stomach feels the hot from the spicy food, it would be accelerated its secretion, and which is easily to lead to the backflow of your stomach.  Therefore, it’s better to have little food to exercise the movement of our stomach.

 

 

3.  Not eat the spicy food at once

 

 

No matter for the spicy hotpot, curry, Budae-jjigae, we cannot eat the it at once.  The spicy food can help us to increase the sweating and the discharge of poison.  It can also burn more fats.  But if we eat it at once, our teeth will get hurt by the heat easily, and also for the mouth and tongue too.  Bear in your mind for not eating it at once.

 

 

4.  To have the sour spicy instead of the chili one

 

 

To lower the pressure is another reason why people love with it.  But we still cannot absorb too much of them.   For having the healthier spicy meal, you can choose the sour spicy one to instead of the only chili as the sours can reduce the stimulations from the spicy food, you can have a try~
