Cooling and skin-care meal: Garden fresh vegetable with soy bean sauce

Cold-dish lovers, who like to eat “Liang ban” in this sunny and extremely hot weather.  I also love to do it. As we all know, Sichuan is quite famous for the cold dish, yet it is a little bit spicy, which may not suit everyone’s taste.  The recipe is a kind of cold salad by Chinese way.  It is made of soy bean sauce to instead of salad sauce, which is light fat.  We will use the colorful and balanced ingredients: the cucumber and bean sprouts can help us to eliminate the excess water from our body and skin-caring.  Also, the carrots can prevent the cancer and protect our liver.  Not a hard learnt once you follow with step by step:

 

Ingredients:

Bean sprouts -----------------------2 pounds

Carrots-------------------------------1/2 piece

Cucumber----------------------------1 piece

Egg------------------------------------2 pieces

Green onions-------------------------1-2 pieces

Soy bean sauce-----------------------2 tea-spoons

 

Process: 

 

  1. Clean the bean sprouts and hot boiled them
  2. Peeling and shredding cucumbers and carrots and put them into a big bowl for using
  3. Pouring some water into the soy bean sauce and stir it
  4. Stirring the eggs
  5. Put some green onions into the hot pan for 1-2 mins and then put the sauce and egg into the pan until it turns into liquid
  6. Pour the sauce into the bowl and mixing all the ingredients together.
