Vegetable soup for the hair-care

When our hair reaches too long or be curled too much, it will lose its nutrient and fall off easily.  In addition, some friends also be annoyed with the white hair.  Here is the simple recipe for making the simple and easy-cooked vegetable soup, which is good for the growth of our hair:

 

 

 

 

 

This soup is used with three hair-care food:  the broccoli, Napa cabbage and carrot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Broccoli:  With rich iron and potassium, broccoli can improve our blood circulation.  This is definitely helpful for the growth of the hair.   Besides, there are lots of Vitamin C, which accelerates the discharge of poison and balances the oil secretion of our body.  Less hair oil, the hair grows healthier, resulting in the decreasing of losses hair.  Moreover, with the function of anti-oxidant, the numbers of the white hair will be lessened. 

 

 

 

 

Napa cabbage:  It can help us to increase the protein and activate the hair’s growth, which contains with lots of organic sulfur.  What’s more, there are lots of Vitamin U for strengthening the digestion and enhancing the metabolism, smoothing the blood flow.  Then we can reduce the hair losses. 

 

 

 

 

Carrots:  They are contained with plenty of Vitamin C and selenium, which aims for accelerating our blood circulation and building the healthy scalp.  Then we do not need to worry about the hair losses and white hair.

 

 

 

 

 

Vegetable soup for the hair-care

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients (2-3 people):

 

 

  • Napa cabbage --------------1/2 Qty
  • Broccoli-----------------------1 Qty
  • Carrot-------------------------2 Qty
  • Tomatoes---------------------3 Qty
  • Water (Soup)----------------800 Ml
  • Onion-------------------------1/4 Qty

 

 

 

Seasoning:

 

  • Salt---------------------------1.5 Tea spoons
  • Tomato paste ---------------2 Soup spoons

 

 

 

Steps:

 

1.   Wash all the ingredient.

 

 

 

2.  Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces; and cut the onion into strips.

 

 

 

 

3.  Contain enough water for the pot and add the carrot and onion into it.

 

 

 

 

4.  Boil the water until reaches to the boiling point.

 

 

 

 

5.  Cut the broccoli, Napa cabbage and tomatoes into small pieces and put them into the hot pot.

 

 

6.  Then add the tomato paste into the pot and cook it until all the ingredients are cooked with the high heat.。

 

 

 

 

 

7.  Next turn to the small heat and cook with more 15-20 minutes.

 

 

 

8.  Finally, add with the seasonings.
