Fight with the black fungus

 

 

 

Beauty skin and keep-fit soup (1):  The Black Fungus with tofu soup

 

 

 

Ingredients (1 person):

 

  • Black Fungus -------------------------------1 small bowl
  • Tofu-------------------------------------------1 block
  • Leek onion----------------------------------1/2 piece
  • Water----------------------------------------500 ml

 

 

Seasoning:

  • Little salt

 

Steps:

 

 

1.  Dip the black fungus into the water.

 

2.  Clean all the ingredients and utensils.

 

3.  Boil the water to the boiling point.

 

4.  Cut the black fungus and tofu into small pieces.

 

5.  Cut the leek onion into thinner pieces.

 

6. Put the black fungus and tofu into the pot for cooking about 10 minutes in a high heat. 

 

7. Then put the leek onion into the pot to cook another 5 minutes by turning the heat into medium.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Beauty skin and keep-fit soup (2): The Black Fungus with potatoes and clams milky soup

 

 

Ingredients(2-3 people):

 

 

  • Black Fungus -------------------1 small bowl
  • Potatoes--------------------------2 pieces
  • Clams ----------------------------1 small bowl
  • Light milk------------------------300 ml
  • Water (for soup) ----------------500 ml
  • Water (for the clams) -----------500 ml
  • Leek onion------------------------0.5 piece

 

 

Seasoning:

 

  • Salt--------------------------------1.5 teaspoons
  • Pepper----------------------------0.5 teaspoons
  • Mashed garlic--------------------small amounts

 

 

Steps:

 

1.  Dip the black fungus into the water.

 

2.  Clean all the ingredients and utensils.

 

3.  Boil two pots of water into the boiling point: one for the soup, another for the clams cleansing.

 

4.  Peel the potatoes and cut it into small pieces.  And for the black fungus, please also cut it into small pieces.

 

5.  Boil the potatoes in the pot for about 15-20 minutes in a high heat. 

 

6.  Put the clams into the hot water for about 15 minutes to remove the sands.

**Remember:  no need to boil them, only dip them into hot water.

 

7. Then put the black fungus into the pot for about 20 minutes.

 

8. Next, put the clams into the potatoes pot to cook until they are opened.

 

9. Then, you can add some light milk and leek onion into the pot for cooking about 10 minutes. 

 

10. Finally, adding with some seasonings.

 

 

 

 

 

Summer snacks: The black fungus and green pepper with sauce

 

 

Ingredients (1-2 people):

 

  • black fungus ---------------------------1 small bowl
  • green pepper---------------------------1 piece
  • red chili peppers -----------------------1/2 piece
  • Carrot------------------------------------1 small piece
  • Water-------------------------------------500 ml

 

 

 

Seasoning:

 

  • Salt----------------------------1 teaspoon
  • Pepper-----------------------1/2 teaspoon
  • Mashed garlic--------------small amount
  • White vinegar--------------1/4 teaspoon

 

 

Steps: 

 

1.  Dip the black fungus into the water.

 

2.  Clean all the ingredients and utensils.

 

3.  Boil the water into the boiling point.

 

4.  Cut the black fungus into smaller pieces and put it into the hot water to boil for about 3-4 minutes.  Then put them into the bowl for cooling.

 

5.  Peel the carrot and cut it into the strips with the green peppers.  And for the red chili peppers, you can cut into small grains.  

 

6.  Put the green peppers and carrots into the pot for about 2-3 minutes.

 

7.  Stir all the ingredients with the seasoning for a while.
