4 ways for tackling the edema

As we all know salt is one of factors for the edema, the low-salt diet is one way for it.  Eating too much salts, will increase the amounts of the sodium and affect to our heart and blood circulation, which may lead to the over accumulation of the water in our body.  In fact, the large consumption of other seasonings is also another factor to edema, including sugar, oil…
